On July 20, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk met with the Vice-President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Rev. Viktor Hamm in New York City.
This meeting was a continuation of the process of cooperation in the humanitarian and social spheres of the Russian Orthodox Church with the Association, launched during the visit of the Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion in the fall of 2014.
Vladyka John and Victor Hamm discussed a number mutual interest issues. Bishop John stressed that the Russian Orthodox Church remains open to cooperate with those faiths in the North American continent, faithful to the tradition of bilateral dialogue and a strong commitment to biblical morality.
