Pilgrimage "From Zion to Sinai"

Day 1

Arrival at the airport. Ben Gurion. Meeting with the guide. Temple
Christmas. Hebron Highlands - the tomb of the Old Testament
forefathers.

Day 2

Walking tour of the Old City. Church of the Holy Sepulcher with all
shrines. Threshold of the Loan Gate. Alexander courtyard. ancient
monasteries of Jerusalem.

Day 3

Bathing in the Jordan River. Jericho - the oldest city in the world at the foot of
mountains of temptation. If possible: Hiking up the Forty-Day Mountain to
Monastery of the Temptation. Source of St. prophet Elisha. Ancient sycamore -
the tree of the publican Zacchaeus. Monastery of George Hozevit in the Judean Desert.
Moving to Galilee.

Day 4

Shrines of the Sea of Galilee. Archaeological reserve in the biblical
Magdale. The ruins of an ancient synagogue from the time of the Savior.
Mother-in-law's house Peter. Mount of Bliss.

Day 5

Mt. Tabor. Greek Orthodox Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord.
Moving to Samaria. Ancient Nablus. Jacob's well. Church of St. Photinia in
Nablus. (A trip to Samaria under favorable political
setting). Moving to Bethlehem.

Hotel accommodation.

Day 6

City of David - archaeological complex - Jerusalem of the time of King David.
The Ezekiel Tunnel is a miracle of Old Testament engineering. ( Paid entrance).
Siloam font. Monastery of St. Equal-Ap. Mary Magdalene in
Garden of Gethsemane. Tomb of the Mother of God in the Josophat Valley.

Day 7
Acquaintance with the Negev desert. Moving to Sinai.

Day 8

Excursion around the monastery of St. Catherine. Adoration of the relics of St. Catherine.
Burning bush. Monastery gardens. Crypt-kostinets of the monastery.
Monastery Museum. ancient manuscripts. Icon of the Sinai Savior.
Climbing Mount Horeb.

Day 9

Farewell dinner. Transfer to Sharm El Sheikh airport.

 The program may be slightly modified while maintaining
the general content of the trip.

The cost of the trip for group of 25 people - $1300 each for double occupancy.

$250 extra for single room occupancy

The cost of the trip includes transport and excursion service in Israel, Transfer to Sinai, transport and excursion service on Sinai, hotels - 5 nights in Bethlehem, 1 night in Galilee, 2 nights in Sinai, two meals daily (breakfast and dinner), additional expenses: departure tax from Israel, tips, night transfer to the liturgy to the Holy Sepulcher, entrances to museums and national parks.
