Panihida held for Victims of Plane Crash in Sinai Peninsula

On Saturday, October 31 following the All-Night Vigil in St. Nicholas Cathedral, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk served a Panihida for the victims of Flight 9268. The airliner was full, carrying tourists and vacationers from the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus. All 224 passengers 17 of whom were children, perished.

On November 1st during Divine Liturgy, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia, prayers for the victims were raised in the churches across the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA.
