On Sunday, May 21, the Sixth Sunday after Pascha, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk celebrated the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral.

Before the Eucharistic Canon, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, Bishop John ordained Deacon Dmitry Sukhorukhov, cleric of St. Nicholas Church in Bayonne, NJ to the Holy Priesthood. 

After the conclusion of the Liturgy, Bishop John delivered a sermon on the topic of the feast and as greeted the new cleric of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and wished him fortitude in his ministry.
