Your Beatitude, beloved in the Lord Brother and Concelebrant:

I cordially congratulate you with the seventh anniversary of your elevation to the throne of their Beatitudes, the Archbishops of Washington, Metropolitans of All America & Canada.

It is with hope for the omnibenevolent Providence of the Creator that you are honorably discharging the noble and responsible ministry entrusted to you as “God’s steward’ (Titus 1:7) “with Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord (Eph. 2:20-21)”.

With joy, I remember our recent warm meeting in Moscow and would like to prayerfully wish you well-being and peace, sound health and all-powerful help of God in your future labors for the good of the Holy Church. Many Years to you.
