On Saturday July 27, 2024, the clergy of the Eastern States Deanery celebrated Divine Liturgy at the Church of All Saints of Russia in Pine Bush, NY.

The Divine Liturgy was led by the Dean of the Eastern States Parishes, Archpriest Michael Kapchits. Concelebrating were Priest Artemiy Kulikovski (Rector of the Church or All Saints of Russia, Pine Bush, NY), Priest Mark Rashkov (Vice-Chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes, Acting Rector of Nativity of Saint John Church, Little Falls, NJ), Priest Dmitry Sukhorukov (cleric of St. Nicholas Church, Bayone, NJ), Priest Andrew Massey (Rector of Elevation of the Cross Church, Hackettstown, NJ), Priest Julian Ryabtsev (Acting Rector of Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Elizabeth, NJ), Hieromonk Seraphim (Balagdas) (cleric of Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral, Passaic, NJ). Serving were also Protodeacon Sergei Kerko (Cleric of Nativity of Saint John Church, Little Falls, NJ) and Deacon Nikolai Arabidze (cleric of St. Nicholas Church, Bayone, NJ).

At the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, Fr. Michael welcomed the gathered clergy and laity with a sermon and congratulated Father Artemiy and the parishioners of the Church of All Saints with their recent patronal feast.

Following the service, the clergy and laity proceeded the church cemetery where a memorial service was served for Archbishop Dositheus (Ivanchenko), Archpriest Nikolai Babiychuk, recently departed clergy of the Patriarchal Parishes, and all the clergy buried in the church cemetery.

Afterwards, a meal was served in the church hall for the clergy, their families, and the parishioners of the church. After the meal, Fr. Michael convened the deanery meeting to discuss the pastoral and administrative issues facing the parishes. The day continued with fellowship on the vast church grounds and concluded with Great Vespers.
